A: To formally book Mosaic as the photographers for your specific wedding date, a 50 percent deposit is due. You can receive further pricing information from Mosaic, which includes detailed information on all pricing options. A basic signed contract is also required. Please contact Mosaic to receive a contract. Deposits and contracts should be sent directly to Mosaic, to the address on the contract.
Q: How much experience does Mosaic have?
A: Andie and Jordan have been doing photography for over 10 years. Jordan received a degree in Journalism with and emphasis on photojournalism from USC, and Andie and Jordan have been shooting weddings together for more than three years.
Q: Does Mosaic have time limits on their photographic coverage of a wedding?
A: NO! We do not believe in time limits, as our photography is designed to tell the story of each unique wedding day! We do not feel that the entire story can be told if there are time restrictions placed on the event. Andie and Jordan are both present for the entire day, beginning and ending their coverage whenever our client chooses!
Q: Will I receive proofs of the photographs that Mosaic takes on my wedding day?
A: Proofs are available to clients digitally, via our website. Our clients’ are also given digital copies of all their proofs once all their wedding albums and prints have been finished and delivered.
Q: Will I be able to view my wedding photographs online?
A: Yes, your family and friends will be able to, as well. All wedding images are displayed online for 6 months. Images can be accessed via our website, and ordered directly from the image gallery.
Q: How long will it take to receive the images, after my wedding?
A: The wedding images will be online 2 weeks after the wedding day. The client will receive an email informing them that the images are ready to be viewed online.
Q: How do I go about purchasing additional images or enlarged images from my wedding?
A: All reorders and enlargements are to be done by using the online proof website. The orders are to be placed within the specific client section. Orders will be paid through the proof website and delivered by Mosaic within 4 weeks of the order date. All reorders and enlargements are to be done within six months of the wedding date.

A: Mosaic uses the highest quality digital Canon equipment on the market. We photograph all digitally. We place a high priority on offering our clients the widest product selection and the best of what technology offers, and we feel that photographing digitally allows us to do this.
